Yoga and Meditation:

These days I've been doing alot of Yoga focusing on the body and mind. Its an amazing way to free your mind from all negative thoughts, and all the toxins inside your body. It provides you with a positive outlook towards life. And from a healthier point of view, it helps your muscles stretch and you'll be able to do things with your body that you didn't know you were able to do. It helps with the back bone support of your whole body. Its also a form of meditation with lots and lots of POSITIVE energy!

You, should try it sometime.

Its been a while since I blogged..

Where have I been?
I've been around but I have been too lazy to blog.





And in between I have been to Spain for 10 days, Barcelona and Marbella.

Barcelona is one of the prettiest cities I've been to, it was artsy, and had a beachy scene as well.

Alot to see and go to in Barca, places such as La Sagrada Familia, the unfinished Church that Gaudi had planned.

His beautiful gardens and architectures were beautiful in the eyes of those who appreciate Art and Beauty.


Barcelona's Stadium was a choice, and I'm glad I chose to go see it, it was a large stadium and it was nice to see it in real life. The players locker room, their jacouzzi, their changing room.


A room filled with old belongings of ancient players with their awards though glass windows. And near each a brief story about every detail you see. It was entertaining and you would love it if you were a true fan of Barcelona.
I enjoyed the walk and took a few snap shots.

Marbella was more of a relaxing zone, from all the walking I did at Barcelona I needed the rest, all I did was eat and go to the beach.

I enjoyed 2 shows of the famous Flamenco Dance.
Once in Barcelona, the other in Marbella.
The one in Marbella was my favourite.

Pottery Barn Now Open In Kuwait!:

Yesterday I went to the Avenues with some friends for dinner, while walking around we decided to take a look at Pottery Barn! 3 words I can say... "WE LOVED IT"!

I got so excited! there were very lovely dinning tables, couches, garden tables, garden accessories, jewelry boxes so beautifully made! and my favourite piece was the Apothecary Table that Rachel from FRIENDS got! I loved it!

Everything looked so pretty, lovely displays!
But we had a feel to the place that it was more of a Country-house set up, or more of a shalaih setting...STILL! You should go ahead and take a look.

Iron Man2 Rocks!:

I really am a big fan of action hero movies even though I'm not interested with the comic books, but the movies I have to see! I thought of Iron Man2 as a really cool movie, and loved everything about it. Scarlet Johanson looked soo pretty in the movie as well!
I rate it as 2 Thumbs Up!

A Thoughtless State:

When things get out of hand and you can't think, when you believe in someone too much and things don't happen, you get tired and things get disorderly. Its fun but its dangerous. You're wise but your really not thinking. You're thinking but don't really wanna think. It's harmless but can hurt you. Its a desire that can't stop you. The love game is yet so dangerous, you won't be able to stop it even if you plead, it will just happen and then you'll bleed. Hope that day won't come when things just crawl, into your head, into your veins, into your heart and befall. It can be hard but your the judge, the peacemaker who won't nudge.

Fashion Icon Alexander McQueen dies at Age 40:

The fashion world lost an icon yesterday when news posted that Alexander McQueen passed away at his London home. The British designer dressed celebrities both on and off the red carpet, and his show-stopping works were a go-to for performers like Beyonce and Lady Gaga. He will be missed, and his iconic designs will not be forgotten.

Marie Claire's Girlfriend Issue:

Jennifer Garner and Jessica Biel made a gorgeous duo on the cover of Marie Claire's Girlfriends Issue which hits newsstands on Feb9. The two became fast friends while filming Valentine's Day after which Jessica revealed her girlcrush on Garner.
Looks like a girly movie to look forward too!

Adjusting to Work, Life, Love:

It has been a while since I last blogged. Haven't been in a blogging mood...Alot has been happening...Finally started to adjust at work, with my new office, new Pc, and today I got everything I needed. Hope this year will be a better year work wise and in life in general. Things have been hectic and really a rollar coaster of events here and there. Love life has been rather dramatic and a sad story by itself, but trying to cope with everything as a mature young lady since my Birthday has come up:D that was a very eventful night , actually celebrated twice, one night before and the actual night of my Bday 22/1..
Hope and really wish for the best!

Blake Lively Gets Bigger Roles:

Blake Lively's February cover of Esquire is out, coinciding perfectly with the news that she won the female lead opposite Ryan Reynolds in "The Green Lantern". There was a rather public casting process for the role, with established actresses like Jennifer Garner, Diane Kruger, and Keri Russell allegedly also in the running.
Blake Lively became a household name due to her small screen work in Gossip Girl, though she's starting to cross over into major film territory with her latest role and appearances in "The Town" and "The Private Lives of Pippa Lee".
It might be hard to stop seeing Blake as Serena van der Woodsen — even Blake herself says, "I can snap into Serena very easily . . . the way I dress as Serena is pretty much the way I dress as me. I'm living in New York City, shooting in New York City. I'm in a comfort zone."

Spider-Man4 Is Dead, a New Younger Spidey Takes It's Place:

Sony has announced via press release that it's pulling the plug on Spider-Man 4. In its place, they're developing a fresh storyline that takes the webslinger back to high school.
I'm not too amused with the News. I really enjoyed all 3 Movies.
