The subconscious is a very dangerous piece of our brains. It creates allusions inside our head of what we can and cannot achieve. What we think is impossible is actually possible, what is really hard to accomplish can be accomplished. The important things to keep in your head is a very Clear Positive Thinking, with nothing that can affect you in any way. By the way that's one of the hardest things to do, you have to really ignore all those noisy bits of small talk inside your head and just try to create a new friend who can be Positive and who can help you through your endeavors. A really good social network (friends, family, loved ones) is a must for they're the ones who help us through all our tough times. But first YOU have to help yourself, your inner thoughts and feelings before communicating it with the others. When you have a clear head you can achieve so much more, and maybe help others as well.

A guy came to see me at work and he had an offer for this Manual. He came all the way from Dubai and they're coming soon to Kuwait, and they have this promotion this Manual is for 65Kd, but just for today its for 10Kd which is cool! Basically its a 5 book Manual and it helps you with your work. It gives you ideas such as how to sell successfully, Making Presentations, Manage your Time and stuff like that.

Penelope Cruz went with red lips and lots of diamonds for the January cover of Interview. She posed for an accompanying sexy spread and talked about Nine with her costar in the film, Marion Cotillard. There's all sorts of speculation about Penelope's personal life and possible engagement to Javier Bardem, but the ladies kept things strictly focused on business — Penelope shared about what compelled her to act, her inspirations, and what it was like on the female-centered set of Nine. On what inspired her to act: "That question actually brings me to the reason why I decided to become an actress, which is my constant curiosity about the endless mysteries of human behavior. Because we are dealing with the beauty and complexity of human confusion, no? And we are always trying to get answers."
On when she knew she wanted to act: "I think since I was around four years old. I remember playing with some friends and being aware that I was acting as I was playing with them — I would think of a character and pretend to be someone else. My parents also took me to ballet school, and there I think I was able to start communicating those feelings or emotions — I danced for so many years. And then, when I was 10 or 11, I became a very big fan of movies."
On who she looks up to: "As an actress, I really love people like Anna Magnani and Debra Winger. I also think there is nobody better than Meryl Streep. I watch her movies over and over again — I saw Silkwood again a couple of weeks ago, and it made me just want to kiss her feet. We only know each other from seeing each other at awards ceremonies or those kinds of events, but whenever I see her, I always go up to her and start kissing her. I don’t even say anything—I just kiss her. She must think I’m some crazy person. And then, from the women in my life, I have to say that I have a very special relationship with my mother. She had me when she was 21, so she was very young. I’ve always been able to talk to her about everything. Since I was a little girl, nothing was taboo in my house. She’s been the person who I’ve looked to for inspiration for many of the characters that Pedro writes because she’s really a force of nature. She’s very strong."

I still feel like a child inside...Life can be really tricky, the way you handle it is what makes you who you are today. I have a weak heart, I can be strong sometimes, REALLY strong. But, FEAR is what drives me to the edge. The fear of not knowing when? why that person? How will it be like? We dream of so many dreams, who hope for SO much, true, health is number one priority. Thank God for that. But then, we need that Happy ending. I admire those who do it by themselves, I really do. But I know its hard, I can tell. Because no body can live by themselves like that, its just too hard to handle. You would have to devote all of your life to something, a hobby, some kinda passion in order to surpass your circumstances. Aaaah, life. I sometimes wish I was never born to have felt all this pain and all this sadness, But then I think...When I die, I will have witnessed it all, hopefully. The good and the bad. Its just part of growing up and part of life in general. No matter what age group you belong to, you will pass through the rocky mountains of hardship, heartache, breakups. They will hurt like hell that you can't stop crying, and you sometimes can't even breathe. Believing in yourself is the first step, who are you? what's your purpose in life? If you can answer those two questions, then I can say you have reached a really valiable place in your life and I applaud you for that. Cuz, its a very tough question. I will stop here, think about it...

Kate just added another element to her growing business empire. She's set to launch a new fragrance called Vintage, with hair and beauty products to follow.

On her definition of beauty: "It sounds really corny, but I think that if you’re beautiful inside, it shows on the outside for sure. You can be a pretty face, but if you’re not a nice person, it just doesn’t work. I’m not traditionally a beauty, but apparently people think I’m all right. If you’re a nice person, it definitely helps."
On getting inspired: "I write sometimes, or I’ll draw. It all depends what’s around. If I’m with my daughter, I’ll paint. I make jam. It’s kind of creative when you make jam. In the country, I get creative with what I have in my house. I just did my dressing room [with my former personal assistant who now designs interiors] and that was quite a good creative process. Its only when you actually go through this whole experience is when you understand how serious and bad Cancer is, whether its you, a family member or a close relative or a freind. I hope it won't even come close to you, or those around you, cuz all I can say is, Its Bad, very Bad. May God keeps us Safe, and Healthy always, el Hamdela.

Well, this movie, also a book, is very moving and when I watched it I sobbed like a baby, so beware! Yet, it's so beautiful, it makes you appreciate the simplest things in life, and makes you always be thankful for the little things, and all the love you have around you.

On why she waited to do a sex scene: "I was figuring out my own sexual identity, likes and dislikes and all that stuff, and it's weird to be doing stuff on film as you're figuring it out. Also being a sexual object when you're a kid is really uncomfortable. After The Professional, I was already getting creepy letters. It's annoying because online bullsh*t interferes with what I want to do artistically. I'm not opposed to sexuality or nudity in a film, but I'm very opposed to pornography sites and you're pretty much giving them material if you do any of that. It's always a big dilemma for me."
